I don't need luxury and wealth, I help people for free! Uganda's most honest doctor tells how to control hypertension properly and whether it can be prevented

Dr Peter Mawejje is an Ugandan cardiothoracic surgeon, medical scientist and writer from Mityana, Uganda. He is a former Professor in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Institute of Medical Sciences, University of Uganda. The Government of Uganda honoured him with the fourth highest civilian award in 2016 for his contribution to medicine.

Peter Mawejje is now 82 years old and retired. However, a doctor at heart and by vocation, he does not even think of ending his medical practice, he continues to help people free of cost. He goes to the homes of seriously ill patients.

In spite of numerous awards and many published scientific papers, Dr Peter Mawejje does not have the riches that other eminent retired doctors have. He does not drive like his younger colleagues in fancy cars but goes to see patients on foot. He lives modestly and donates most of his pension to a medical charity.

Peter Mawejje himself explains that he has never been interested in wealth. The only thing he wanted before and wants now is to help people.

Dr Peter Mawejje is a doctor by vocation! After all, that's what doctors are supposed to do! And the fact that they end up getting rich is wrong. Every doctor has a choice: to really help a person by curing him or her of a disease, or to make money on a person by offering him or her temporary ineffective treatment and imposing unnecessary procedures and pills, and getting money for it!

Unfortunately, most doctors and clinics in Uganda make money from people! They receive huge commissions for cooperation with pharmaceutical companies and pathological centres, on which they live in splendour, luxury and drive expensive cars.

Perhaps that is why, back in the days when Dr Peter Mawejje was working at the Centre for Cardiac Care. Mawejje used to have the longest queues to see him at the Cardiology Centre. And patients praised him for his attentiveness and empathy. Peter Mawejje always tried sincerely to help and offer the most appropriate treatment, not the most favourable one for him or the clinic.

Dr Peter Mawejje has received 11 different awards throughout his medical practice and teaching at the Uganda Medical University, including 4 awards from the Government of Uganda.

Peter Mawejje has graduated several thousand cardiologists during his teaching at the university. With his ability, fame and respect, he could have made a fortune by setting up a luxury hospital, but even after retirement he continues to help poor and helpless patients. Thanks to Dr Peter Mawejje both before and now the hearts of millions of poor patients who would not have been able to get expensive treatment due to lack of money continue to beat.

And that is why, hoping to get a truthful answer, we decided to approach Dr. Peter Mawejje for advice and to find out how to control hypertension and whether it can be done. Recently, more and more often there are materials that pharmacists invented this disease, that it does not exist and it is easy to get rid of it. Is it so?

It's true! Hypertension is not a disease, but a kind of response of the body. And it can be controlled! The myth about the chronic nature of this pathology was let in on purpose by pharmaceutical companies to sell as many pills as possible!

Prof Dr Peter Mawejje:

- Unfortunately, pharmacists have messed up people's heads so much that most people think that hypertension cannot be controlled. If it appears, one should take anti-hypertensive drugs for the rest of one's life. That's not true! This myth is specially created by pharmacists, they benefit from the fact that ordinary people remain sick and go to the pharmacy for pills as a job.

Hypertension can be prevented! It means that your blood pressure will not rise that much, after examination by a doctor, you can refuse to take anti-hypertensive pills.

Age-related hypertension can be controlled particularly well. This is the kind that appeared with age. That is, if your blood pressure has been normal all your life, and after 40, 50 or 60 years began to rise, it is just age-related hypertension.

Strictly speaking, yes, hypertension is not even a disease! It is a special response of the body to contamination of blood vessels and destructive processes occurring in the bloodstream. Now I will explain why it happens.

If blood pressure started to rise with age, it is because of vascular contamination. Taking blood pressure pills is suicide! You will only worsen your condition!

Prof Dr Peter Mawejje:

Vessels get polluted with age, because of this the heart has to increase the blood pressure

- Blood is a body fluid in which more than 500 different substances, both beneficial and harmful, are dissolved. The harmful ones include bad cholesterol, blood clots, heavy metals, toxins, carcinogens, insoluble calcium and so on.

When a person is young, all these substances are removed from the body by the kidneys and liver. However, as we age, they begin to work worse. As a result, all these substances begin to accumulate in the blood vessels.

Bad cholesterol or, as it is called by doctors, low-density cholesterol, is a very sticky mass, resembling frozen fat in a pan. Such cholesterol, along with other substances, settles on the walls of blood vessels. As a result, the lumen in the vessels, through which the blood flows, becomes smaller by almost 3-4 times! In response, the heart increases blood pressure. So much for hypertension!

Accordingly, in order to control hypertension, it is necessary not to lower the pressure artificially (as pharmacy drugs do), but simply to clean the bloodstream.

Unfortunately, few doctors will recommend it to you. To treat a person with pills, even taking into account the fact that a person bring evil, it is more profitable for your own wallet. Vascular cleaning is an inexpensive procedure that eliminates hypertension in just a few weeks. But it is too cheap! If most people knew about it, there would be no need for doctors!

The main disadvantages of the widely publicised and therefore common "maintenance" therapy, which involves taking pharmacy drugs every day!

Hypertension does not go away!

Not only that - it only develops over time, so you have to buy stronger drugs or increase the dosage. As a consequence, the cost of treatment only increases over time.

People become disabled

The development of hypertension leads to the destruction of health and functional failures of internal organs. Remember what I said about starving them while taking anti-hypertensive medications?

The symptoms of hypertension get worse over time

A person will get worse and worse over time. Many people who have had hypertension for a long time don't even want to live anymore, it's so excruciating!

Shortening of life

Hypertension and its consequences are the most common causes of death worldwide. And taking pharmacy drugs doesn't fix this statistic! Every hypertensive person who does not treat hypertension, but only takes pills to lower their blood pressure, lives 30 years less than they could have lived!

Complete destruction of the kidneys and liver!

The kidneys and liver are the basis of the human excretory system. When taking a mountain of pills every day, they have the overwhelming task of excreting all those substances contained in the pills. Each year of hypertension worsens the condition of these organs by about 30%. That is, in 3 years of hypertension they are completely destroyed.

And so on. This treatment, if it can be called such, has many disadvantages. There's only one upside. For pharmacists, doctors and pharmacists, but not for the patients. The upside is that it's easy to make money on these drugs.

To understand that people are really being deceived all over the world, ask yourself a question - why is medicine moving in the direction of creating effective products for TEMPORARY reduction of blood pressure, and not creating products for prevention of hypertension? We've already launched a spacecraft to the moon recently. But we still haven't come up with a product for hypertension? And this despite the fact that our ancestors successfully prevented hypertension many centuries ago? Are you serious? How can you believe that?

If you want to control hypertension and forget about going to the pharmacy as a job, just clean your blood vessels! You will forget about hypertension forever!

A good remedy for cleaning blood vessels is produced today by the National Ugandan Institute of Cardiology. That is, the leading scientific institution of the country. This shows that even scientists understand the importance of such a procedure.

The name of this product is Cardizoom. Compared to pharmacy products is quite inexpensive, especially taking into account the composition. Cardizoom contains numerous active components aimed at improving the work of the cardiovascular system of a person.

The most important action of Cardizoom is that this complex is able to clean the blood vessels from cholesterol and other impurities. Remember before I said that such impurities are the main cause of hypertension? Cardizoom allows you to fight it by making your blood vessels clean.

And when the bloodstream becomes clean and easy for the blood to pass through, the heart itself stops raising the blood pressure! Hypertension is significantly reduced, and for a few hours as after taking pharmacy drugs, and for a dozen years, and maybe even longer!

As a result, a person forgets about pressure spikes. He gets a relief of headaches, normalised heart rhythm and pulse, no more insomnia, improved brain function, strength and mood.

I have been recommending Cardizoom to age patients for many years now, and every time I see how people literally revive after the cleaning of blood vessels. It really is a very useful procedure. Not only hypertension will be less, but life itself will be lengthened by 20-30 years. It is for such a period of hypertension that people who do not have hypertension live less.

Unfortunately, today's pharmacies are not the places to go for help. They are now places where commercial pharmaceutical companies sell their products and make money, so you are unlikely to find products like Cardizoom in them. Pharmacists and pharmacies are not profitable to make you healthy!

You will not be able to buy Cardizoom directly from the Institute either, because the Institute does not do this. The only place where you can buy Cardizoom is the Kampala Cardiology Centre, where I worked for a long time. I will ask my colleagues to send Cardizoom to everyone by courier.

I think that it would be unfair to tell about an available product for a control of hypertension and not give the opportunity to try it. I understand that not everyone has the opportunity to travel to the Centre and get treated there. Though it is certainly one of the best Centres in Uganda. Especially, there is no opportunity for age patients. But with Cardizoom, you can do it at home on your own.

Only the Centre does not have a large stock of Cardizoom, so for all your readers the supplement will unfortunately not be enough. But it will be enough for at least a part of them, which is probably not bad.
